The Metadata Mandate
NPU operates on a strict "Metadata Only" basis. Our logic engines interact solely with infrastructure telemetry:
We do not ingest, store, or process Customer Data including but not limited to: Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Financial Records, Trade Secrets, or Intellectual Property.
Swiss Anchoring
For clients requiring high-sovereignty assurance, NPU enforces strict geofencing protocols:
All administrative authority and control plane operations are anchored in the Switzerland North (Zurich) region.
Master encryption keys and certificate authorities are hosted exclusively within Swiss jurisdiction, ensuring compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Swiss data protection law provides enhanced resistance to extraterritorial data requests, offering clients a defensible jurisdictional anchor.
Data Gravity & Residency
NPU adheres to a "Zero-Export" policy. Data remains resident in the jurisdiction of origin unless explicitly authorized by the Sovereign Key Holder.
- 01Data is processed in-region at all times
- 02Cross-border transfer requires explicit Client authorization
- 03All data paths are logged and auditable
- 04Client holds sole authority over residency policy
Third-Party Processors
NPU minimizes third-party data processing. Where necessary, all sub-processors are contractually bound to equivalent data protection standards.
Current approved sub-processors operate exclusively within EU/EEA or Swiss jurisdictions and are subject to annual security audits.
Data Subject Rights
As NPU does not process personal data, traditional data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure) do not apply to our operational model.
